Part of the mission of the Loudon County Baptist Association is
to equip the local Association churches as they strive to reach the
lost world around them. The Association provides opportunities and
facilities for training and education for pastors, staff, and
volunteers.
Assistance provided by the Association includes:
- Pastor and Staff Conferences
- Leadership Training for church leaders
- Vacation Bible School training
- Seminary Extension Classes - Offered Thursday nights for three semesters each year. These are certificate courses with transferable credits.

- Secretary Training
- Church Clerk Training
- Youth & Children's Training
- Disaster Relief Training
