Rev. Phil Homes joined our staff on July 1, 2010. Phil previously served as Senior Pastor at First Baptist Church, Sweetwater, Tennessee. Phil is married to Leslie and they have 5 children, Ryan age 22, Holly age 19, Taylor age 19, Aleisha age 20, and Lindsay age 18.

Traci joined our staff in October of 2007 after serving eight
years as Administrative Assistant at First Baptist Church,
Madisonville, Tennessee. Prior to that, she served as Administrative
Assistant to the Vice President Divisional Merchandise Manager at
Goody's Corporate Headquarters in Knoxville.
She is married to Tony and they have two children, Tony age 21 and
Taylor age 13.
Betty Crass
Ministry Assistant

Betty joined our Ministry Team
in 2003. She is the wife of Kenneth Crass. Kenneth and Betty have
two sons. James their oldest lives in Lenoir City and is an Over
the Road Driver. James has one son, Nickolas, age 11.
Donny their youngest son lives in Lenoir City and currently serves
as the Senior Pastor of Calvary Baptist Church, Lenoir City.
He is married to Velva who serves on staff at Lenoir City High
School. They have two children, Brent age 21 and Lindsay age 18. Betty is a
member of Calvary Baptist Church, Lenoir City.
