Bob came to the Loudon County Baptist Association in October 2001
from Salvador, Brazil after serving nine years with the IMB as a
Southern Baptist Missionary with his family. Before that Bob served
as pastor for five years at Faith Southern Baptist Church in Clay
City, Indiana.
He and his wife, Sylvia, have twins, Robb and Ana Lea who will be
seniors in high school. the family has continued to be active in
missions participating in mission trips to Brazil, Paris, France,
and Boston.

Traci joined our staff in October of 2007 after serving eight
years as Administrative Assistant at First Baptist Church,
Madisonville, Tennessee. Prior to that, she served as Administrative
Assistant to the Vice President Divisional Merchandise Manager at
Goody's Corporate Headquarters in Knoxville.
She is married to Tony and they have two children, Tony age 19 and
Taylor age 11.
Betty Crass

Betty joined our Ministry Team
in 2003. She is the wife of Kenneth Crass. Kenneth and Betty have
two sons. James their oldest lives in Lenoir City and is an Over
the Road Driver. James has one son, Nickolas, age 10.
Donny their youngest son lives in Lenoir City and currently serves
as the Senior Pastor of Calvary Baptist Church, Lenoir City. He is
married to Velva who serves on staff at Lenoir City High School. They have two children, Brent age 19 and Lindsay age 16. Betty is a
member of Calvary Baptist Church, Lenoir City.
