Director of Missions position filled....

The Loudon County Baptist Association welcomes Phil Holmes to our staff as Director of Missions.  Phil will be assumed his position as Director of Missions on Thursday, July 1.  Please join us in welcoming Phil to our staff.  Phil is married to Leslie and they have five children.   Phil recently served as Senior Pastor at First Baptist Church, Sweetwater.   

 

Association Disciple Now Event

The Loudon County Baptist Association Youth Disciple Now Event is scheduled for November 12-14, 2010.  Please mark your calendar for this date.  The host church for this event is First Baptist Church, Lenoir City.  More information will be posted in the coming weeks. 

 

Ministry Trailer Available

We now have an operational Ministry Trailer available for use by member churches.  The trailer contains several nice pieces of equipment that will make any church fellowship or outreach event more fun. Included are two inflatable castles for the children, a large gas grill, a popcorn machine, a 6 foot folding table, a portable generator, and miscellaneous small support items. The trailer even comes with an instruction manual. Any church in the Association may reserve the trailer by calling the LCBA office.  There is a fee of $25.00 per day to reserve the trailer and a weekly rate of $100.
